Simple Caramel Coffee Cake

- 1 cup Simply Pure Creamer - Caramel
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup crushed pecans (or any nut/topping of your choice)
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Lightly grease glass or ceramic pie pan (or round cake pan)
- Mix Simply Pure Creamer and egg
- Mix dry ingredients
- Blend all and pour in pie pan
- Top with nuts
- Bake for 20 minutes or until done
