Happy Monday! I love doing #momcrushmonday over on Instagram and I wanted to extend it into my blog every now and then. This won’t be every Monday, but I am going to start showing off other bloggers on Mondays. I think bloggers (and moms!) have a lot to learn from one another! Amber and I have been friends for a couple years and she just recently started blogging! It was so fun to have another close friend who loved doing this crazy thing along with me!

It was so wonderful to go out for chai and learn more about one another and I am so excited for ya’ll to get to know her more too because she is amazing!
Interview
Q: What are you most excited for when you baby gets here? (Amber and her hubby are expecting their first baby in June/July!)
A: Obviously baby snuggles! But I am also excited to raise him/her up to be something. To have a purpose.
Q: What made you want to become a blogger?
A: An outlet to write and be creative. It’s a fun way to have a version of a journal of my life too! From the start though, I ALWAYS want it to be a way for the Lord to use it to reach others by being open and honest with my own life.
Q: What does your ideal family look like?
A: At least 2 children. Maybe 3.. or 4! I had always pictured it would be girls. We definitely want to adopt! I would be fine with not having any more biological children because we both know that our ideal family will include adoptive children.
Q: What has been the hardest part of being pregnant so far?
A: Seeing my body change and being insecure about it as the pregnancy progresses.
Q: What is your favorite thing about Eddie? (Amber’s husband)
A: I love that he complements me! I am a planner and he is a lot more relaxed. We balance one another out and help each other get to the places that are difficult for us. He helps me be more extroverted and more rational versus emotional.
Q: What is your dream brand to work with on your blog?
A: Mrs. Meyers! Even if I only ever worked with them, getting free stuff, I would be happy. I love their products so much!
Q: What is a random fact about you?
A: I used to do a lot of horseback riding and I even competed in an official show!
Q: What is the Lord teaching you right now?
A: To trust Him to do things. I realized recently how much I actually wanted to control the direction of my life but I need to let it go and trust God to do His work through me.
Amber is already a great blogger and I can’t wait to see how the Lord will continue to use her through her blog!
