Third Trimester Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup of a baby kale/ baby spinach mix
  • 1 cup of frozen mango (or other fruit)
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • toppings:
  • frozen berries
  • ½ tbsp of chia seeds
  • ½ cup of granola or Raisin Bran Crunch!
Instructions
  1. Combine all top ingredients in a blender and blend until you get your desired smoothie bowl consistency. Add to bowl and top with yummy toppings!
