Cranberry-Almond Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Shredded Chicken Breast
  • 1 Small Avocado
  • Lime Juice
  • ⅛ cup of dried cranberries
  • ⅛ cup of sliced or chopped almonds
Instructions
  1. Shred cooked chicken breast
  2. Put avocado and chicken together in a bowl
  3. Mash avocado with chicken and stir
  4. Add lime juice and mix
  5. Top with cranberry/almond mixture
  6. You can also top with tomatoes, cilantro, or garlic!
  7. Serve in a pita wrap, tortilla, whole wheat bun, in lettuce cups, or on top of salad greens!
