Slow Cooker Teriyaki Beef

Ingredients
  • 3 Pounds of boneless Beef Chuck Roast, cubed or cut into strips
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • ½ cup of soy sauce (low sodium, if preferred)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of mirin
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Sriracha (or more)
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Cut chuck roast and place in slow cooker
  2. In a bowl, whisk or stir together all ingredients
  3. Pour mixture over beef and stir to coat
  4. Cover and Cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 4
  5. Pour over cooked rice (or whatever you prefer)!
