Cajun Shrimp and Salmon with a Lemon Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  • 6 Salmon Fillets
  • 1 pound of shrimp cleaned and shelled
  • 1 tbs chili powder
  • 1 tbs paprika
  • ½ tbs garlic + herb seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • ½ cup of butter
  • 1 tsp garlic herb seasoning
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the spices in a bowl and rub shrimp and salmon with it
  2. Put a little bit of olive oil in a pan and heat it up
  3. Once oil is hot place salmon skin side down first
  4. Cook for 5-8 minutes
  5. Flip salmon over after skin is crispy
  6. Add shrimp to the pan.
  7. Cook another 5-8 minutes.
  8. While this is cooking, melt butter in a sauce pan
  9. Add the lemon juice, heavy cream, and seasoning
  10. Keep on low until it boils
  11. Keep it on a low boil to let it thicken.
  12. When finished, eat with rice or noodles and pour sauce on top!
